Refund & Return Policy – Angelic Paw Pups

At Angelic Paw Pups, we want every customer to be confident and satisfied with their new puppy. Because we work with live animals, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to protect the wellbeing of the puppy while remaining fair to our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


🐾 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

βœ” 1. Health Issue Verified by a Licensed Veterinarian

If your puppy arrives with a life-threatening illness or a serious health condition confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival, you may receive:

  • A full refund
    OR

  • A replacement puppy of equal value

(Your choice, once proper documentation is provided.)


βœ” 2. Wrong Puppy Delivered

If the puppy you receive is not the one you purchased, we will arrange:

  • A full refund
    OR

  • Free replacement with the correct puppy

Shipping costs will be covered by us.


βœ” 3. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you cancel your order before your puppy has been shipped or picked up, you may receive:

  • A refund minus the non-refundable reservation deposit

  • If no deposit was paid, the full refund applies


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

βœ– 1. Change of Mind After Shipping

Once a puppy has been shipped, delivered, or picked up, refunds are not available.

βœ– 2. Failure to Provide Vet Check Within 48 Hours

Not completing the required vet exam voids all health-related refund claims.

βœ– 3. Allergic Reactions

We cannot refund puppies due to allergies in the new household.

βœ– 4. Buyer Negligence or Improper Care

Illnesses or injuries caused by improper care are not covered.

βœ– 5. Minor or Treatable Conditions

Examples include:

  • Worms

  • Fleas/ticks

  • Mild diarrhea

  • Stress-related issues

  • Hypoglycemia

  • Kennel cough
    These are common in puppies and easily treatable.


🏑 Returns

In most cases, we do not accept returns.
This is for the health, safety, and emotional wellbeing of the puppy.

However, in special circumstances such as unavoidable life changes, we may help you:

  • Rehome the puppy safely

  • Assist with responsible adoption arrangements

(Returns for refunds will not apply.)


πŸ’³ Deposits

All deposits made to hold a puppy are non-refundable.
They ensure the puppy is reserved for you and removed from the available list.


πŸ“ Documentation Required for Refunds

To process any refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • A written report from a licensed veterinarian

  • Photos/videos if needed

  • Proof of purchase

This ensures fairness and authenticity.
